Spanish residential developer Aedas Homes has invested €140 mln in five developments in different municipalities of Barcelona, Spain.
The developments include Leblich, the first project in Barcelona next to La Sagrera park; Mesmer in Badalona; Zembra and Milos in Vilanova i la Geltrú; and Gesner in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
All five are in urban areas and close to the beach, and the total offer consists of 412 homes with two, three, and four bedrooms.

Leblich consists of 116 homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms with large terraces and an A energy rating. It is in an excellent location next to the AVE station and the linear park of La Sagrera, the largest green area in Barcelona. The property enjoys good communications by car with the ring roads and the highway, and by public transport through Metro Line 1.
Milos has 88 homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms and large terraces with sea views, a few minutes from the beach, the promenade, and the city center. Located in the Illa Nova neighborhood, the project is made up of two towers and common areas with a swimming pool.
Centrally located with all services, Gesner offers 50 apartments with large terraces in a residential complex with complete common areas. The properties stand out for their high sustainability based on efficiency and energy savings, with equipment such as pre-installation for charging electric cars.
Zembra is made up of 78 homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms and a communal area with a swimming pool, a stone's throw from the city center and a few meters from the beach. The apartments feature generous terraces and views of both the sea and the mountains.
Mesmer offers 80 high-quality homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms located in a privileged residential area with views of the Montigalá park. The development boasts energy certification A, has large interior spaces, in addition to community areas that include a swimming pool, children's play area, and gardens.
