Frankfurt-listed Adler Real Estate has continued its investment drive in the German residential property sector by taking majority ownership of two portfolios.
The transaction invovled Adler buying into the company that holds the portfolios.
The total investment volume, including incidental expenses and refinancing costs, came to €210 mln.
The holding company ownes 4,040 housing units in Duisburg and 250 in the North Rhine-Westphalian capital Dusseldorf. The portfolios comprise a total lettable area is 268,800 m2.
