The Hamburg-based investor said it will own 18,000 units following the completion of the all-share transaction. Financial details were not disclosed.
The latest residential real estate portfolio comprises 542,000 m2 of space divided over 7,721 of living and commercial units. The homes are spread across almost all federal states in Germany, with pockets located in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt.
