Actys is to takeover the management of the entire Dutch property portfolio of the Irish investor Blackrock International Land. The portfolio consists of office buildings in
Maastricht, Tilburg, Nijmegen (2), Leidschendam and Amersfoort and is valued at EUR 46 mln. Actys has also be commissioned by Credit Suisse to manage the Acanthus building in the southeast of Amsterdam. Actys made the announcement at the Mipim property fair in Cannes, France.
