Pan-European real estate investment manager ActivumSG has appointed Eric Lemer, previously of EQT Exeter, to the newly created role of head of global client solutions and capital formation.

Based in ActivumSG’s London office, Lemer’s remit will include servicing the firm’s existing investor base and identifying new avenues of growth to take advantage of the current market dislocation.

He will join the senior leadership team and manage the firm’s existing client relations and capital raising professionals. In addition, he will work closely with the investment team to support ActivumSG-advised funds’ real estate-focused portfolio companies.?

Lemer previously worked at EQT Exeter, the real estate platform of global alternatives firm EQT Partners, where he was its first dedicated real estate product specialist and most recently held the position of managing director, client relations & capital formation, real estate.

He has almost 30 years of experience across multiple disciplines within the real estate industry, including investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, principal investing, fund/venture formation and investor relations.

Lemer joins recent new hires including former Ares Management real estate executive Robert Cervinka, head of special situations, and Nicholas Temperley, a director on Lemer’s team who arrived from Europa earlier this year. Cervinka and Temperley are based in Frankfurt and London, respectively.?
