French hotel group Accor has announced the sale of the Pullman Paris Rive Gauche hotel to Bouygues Immobilier for EUR 77 mln.

The 617-room hotel, whose operating performance and technical standards fall below Accor's requirements, is due to be shut down later this year.

In a statement on Thursday, Accor said the deal confirms its ability to actively manage its assets, in line with a strategy of reducing adjusted net debt by EUR 2.2 bn by 2015.
