Acciona is believed to be selling a portfolio worth some EUR 350 mln across Spain, consisting of 11 properties. The company intends to divest most of the assets through a sale-and-leaseback structure.
Earlier this year La Mutualidad de la Abogacía bought an office building at Paseo de Recoletos 14 in the Spanish capital for around EUR 35 mln and last year acquired the headquarters of Banco Popular.
