Spanish lender Banco Sabadell has acquired the corporate headquarters of technology group Telvent in the Alcobendas district of Madrid from Acciona Inmobiliaria for EUR 51 mln. The acquisition was carried out on behalf of Sabadell's BS Inmobiliario fund and reflects an initial yield close to 9%.

Spanish lender Banco Sabadell has acquired the corporate headquarters of technology group Telvent in the Alcobendas district of Madrid from Acciona Inmobiliaria for EUR 51 mln. The acquisition was carried out on behalf of Sabadell's BS Inmobiliario fund and reflects an initial yield close to 9%.

The property, which is completely leased to Telvent with a 15-year rental term, offers 37,200 m2 of office space over four floors and 345 parking spaces.

Founded in 2004, Sabadell BS Inmobiliario owns a portfolio consisting of 45 buildings providing over 500,000 m2 of space. In December last year the vehicle also acquired the Quirón hospital in Bilbao for EUR 55 mln, in the first acquisition made by a Spanish fund since the onset of the credit crisis in 2008.
