In a statement on Friday, the investment holding company of the Spanish Serratosa Luján family said that it has been looking at investments in the real estate sector since the beginning of the credit crisis. The private investor is currently looking for further commercial properties situated in prime locations and leased to solid tenants, president Pablo Serratosa told Spanish newspaper Las Provincias.
