Spanish property company Acciona Inmobiliaria said on Thursday it plans to develop the Oficinas Plaza, a new sustainable office complex in the Plaza de Zaragoza logistics park in Zaragoza, Spain. The scheme, which will provide 10,700 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space, will include solar panels covering an area of 120 m[sup]2[/sup]. In a statement, the company said the panels are expected to save about 15 tonnes of CO2 per year. The investment amount for the project was not disclosed.

Oficinas Plaza will be developed over three buildings and house the offices of Acciona itself as well as the electrodomestic company Balay Group. The company has yet to find a tenant for the third building. The Plaza de Zaragoza park provides 13 million m2 of logistics-industrial space.
