abrdn, the global investment company, has further expanded its presence in the continental European residential rental market with the acquisition of an asset in Cologne, Germany.

The asset is a residential-led, mixed-use project. Cologne is the fourth largest city in Germany and largest city of North Rhine–Westphalia.
