Munich-based property firm ABG Real Estate has announced the hire of Piotr Bienkowski as new managing director for the holding with its three business lines ABG Development, ABG Real Estate Management, and ABG Capital.
Bienkowski, 50, joins existing managing directors Ulrich Höller (chairman) and Thomas Hartmann (CFO). He has also become co-shareholder of the business line for which he is responsible, ABG Capital, the newly established investment management division of ABG Real Estate Group. The business designs and implements products for institutional real estate investment and is mainly owned by ABG Real Estate Holding.
Bienkowski has more than 30 years of experience in the sector. He served as managing director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany for 17 years – the last eight years as CEO.
