Munich-based ABG Real Estate Group has announced the hire of Tishman Speyer’s development director in Germany Tom Aviv Soreq as managing director of ABG’s development arm, effective April 1.
Soreq, aged 50, will join Carsten Faust (56) and Guido Wiese (54) as members of the ABG Development management team.
He will primarily be responsible for the central region, in particular the Rhine-Main area, as well as for selected projects in North Rhine-Westphalia and Munich.
Tom Soreq, a civil and industrial engineer, has more than 20 years of experience in the development sector. He joined Tishman Speyer Properties Deutschland in 2011 and mostly recently held the role of senior director design and construction. Before that, he worked for Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau.
