Andrew Allen has left Aberdeen Standard Investments after nine years with the company.
The global head of investment research has told associates and contacts his last day was on 13 September.
‘Time moves on, opportunities change and while I have a short period of restriction, I’ll be back in action later this year,’ he said.
Allen joined Aberdeen Asset Management in May 2011 as global head of property research. He retained the same position when Aberdeen Asset Management merged with Standard Life in 2017.
Prior to joining Aberdeen, he was head of research and strategy at Cordea Savills and real estate securities analyst at Oriel Securities, as well as senior analyst, property forecasting (Europe), at Henderson Global Investors.
