Aberdeen Property Fund Denmark has acquired seven commercial properties in Denmark covering some 110,000 m[sup]2[/sup] for EUR 90 mln. Five of the properties are located in the Greater Copenhagen area and two logistics premises are located in Horsens, Eastern Jutland.
Aberdeen Property Fund Denmark has acquired seven commercial properties in Denmark covering some 110,000 m2 for EUR 90 mln. Five of the properties are located in the Greater Copenhagen area and two logistics premises are located in Horsens, Eastern Jutland.
The property fund, with EUR 400 mln under management, has also sold off a small shopping centre in Koge, south of Copenhagen. In a statement, Aberdeen's ceo Tonny Nielsen said that 'the group raised more than EUR 110 mln on behalf of the Danish property fund and the fund's share capital has more than doubled during 2006.'
Aberdeen Property Fund Denmark invests in commercial properties mainly in the Greater Copenhagen area. Its portfolio consists of 32 assets. The fund is controlled by Aberdeen AM, a global investment management group listed on the London Stock Exchange and managing about EUR 100 bn of assets.
