Hotel chain Abba has reportedly put two assets in Berlin and Granada on the market with an asking price of EUR 64 mln.
According to Spanish press reports, the company has hired UK advisory group Fan Worldwide Limited to market the four-star hotel properties with a view to leasing them back under a 10-year management contract.
The assets provide a total of 350 rooms and are both located in the city centre.
The move follows Abba's sale in 2010 of a hotel in London for EUR 40 mln as well as the Abba Castilla Plaza hotel in Madrid, for EUR 33 mln.
