At 7R, he will manage a 500,000 m2 industrial and warehouse portfolio across 27 properties throughout Poland, largely logistics parks and city warehouses of 7R’s City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept.

He joins from Multi Poland, where he held the post of asset management director CEE and head of Operations CEE, focusing on property and asset management of 17 retail and office buildings across the region. Before then, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ Polska and Panattoni.

‘Tomasz has cooperated with the largest investment funds operating on the CEE market, and his extensive knowledge will allow us to develop even better standards and a property management offer that will meet the needs of both tenants and owners of industrial and warehouse buildings,’ says Bartlomiej Krawiecki, member of the Board and head of Development at 7R.
