Chris Zeuner, the former head of Europe at Amstar, has been appointed chief investment officer of logistics and warehouse developer 7R.
In his new role, effective from January 1st, Zeuner will be responsible for 7R’s further expansion which includes plans to enter new European markets.
Before joining 7R, Zeuner was responsible for managing Amstar’s international private equity real estate platform. Prior to joining Amstar in 2017, he was head of LaSalle Investment Management’s Central European business, managing director at JER Partners and head of CEE acquisitions and business development at GE Real Estate.
To date 7R has completed the development of over 690,000 m2 of class-A logistics space in Poland and has over 1.25 mln m2 in its pipeline. Since 2018, the company has also been developing its pioneering urban warehouse concept in Poland – 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics.
