Spanish hotel property landlord Equity Inmuebles has reportedly put its 17-property strong portfolio on the market with a price tag of €700 mln.
According to Spanish press reports the firm – which is owned by a number of Spanish families such as the Calero, Briones and Mazin – is selling a portfolio comprising 2,500 rooms managed by Meliá until the end of the year.
The crown jewel of the portfolio is the ME Plaza de Santa Ana in Madrid. Other assets are located in Madrid, Marbella, A Coruña, Chiclana de la Frontera and Baqueira Beret.
It is unclear whether an agent has already been appointed.
