The portfolios comprise a total of 14 properties trading as discount supermarket chain Rema 1000 throughout Norway. The portfolios generate total rental annual rental income of EUR 2.8mln. Reitangruppen is the owner of Rema 1000.
Trond Sejersted Bødtker of Heilo Eiendom commented: 'Over the past years we have sold almost 100 of properties, trading as Rema 1000, with a total transaction volume of more than NOK 2,700 million (about EUR 340mln) and we are pleased with this latest result.'
