Italy’s Prelios is beginning the wind-down of its €261m Italian office fund.
The Italian real estate investment manager firm said its Tecla-Fondo Uffici vehicle was due to expire at the end of next year.
According to the manager’s website, the fund hold 13 assets worth €261.1m.
The company has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as adviser for the sale.
Prelios recently launched an institutional fund targeting Italian logistics properties, buying a portfolio of three assets for €75m to seed the fund.
Andrea Cornetti, general manager of the institutional investment arm of Prelios Group, said the company was targeting Italian and international investors for the Fondo Logita vehicle.
Earlier this year, Prelios launched a real estate fund in Germany.
