PGIM Real Estate has sold a Frankfurt office campus.

The investment manager offloaded its Adlerwerke asset to Quantum, which acquired it for a club of German institutional investors.

PGIM Real Estate has owned the property for nearly three years, having bough the asset in an off-market deal in January 2014 for clients.

The 80,000sqm property, 2km from Frankfurt, includes five buildings. 

The buildings were refurbished in 1997 and 1998, with Deutsche Bahn and Wunderman being two long-term tenants at the fully let property.
