Tishman Speyer, Credit Suisse, Henderson Park, JP Morgan, Rockspring Property Investment Managers, Genesta, AMF Fastigheter, AXA Investment Managers–Real Assets, CBRE Global Investors, US Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund

Tishman Speyer — Frank Schäfer has been hired as managing director and will be in charge of expansion of the institutional investment management business in Germany. He comes from Credit Suisse, where he was global head product and business development for real estate investment management and managing director for the German KVG business.

Henderson Park — Stephen Ward is joining new European real estate investment platform Henderson Park from JP Morgan. He worked at JP Morgan for eight years in investment banking, focusing on real estate, hotel and homebuilder clients.

Rockspring Property Investment Managers – The company has promoted six people in its senior management team. Rod Mordey and Daniel Rubinstein have been moved up to the position of associate partner. Mordey and Rubinstein both hold senior asset management positions within Rockspring, in the UK and Germany respectively. Rubenstein has worked at the firm since 2005, and Mordey first came to Rockspring in 2008.  Anita Jerkovic, James McGowan, Kim Sardar and Lauren O’Brien have all been promoted to the position of European director.

Genesta — Marc Cameras has joined Genesta as a senior analyst in the transaction team in Stockholm. His main tasks will include sourcing and executing real estate transactions across Scandinavia. He comes to the firm from AMF Fastigheter where he worked in the transaction and analysis team.

AXA Investment Managers–Real Assets – Sven Krumpholz has been promoted to head of asset management and transactions in Germany. He will head the real assets business in Germany together with Christoph Moelleken, head of fund management.

CBRE Global Investors – Joan Fallon is to serve on the independent investment committee for the Americas region. Fallon, known an independent consultant, previously oversaw real estate investments at the US Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund.
