CBRE Global Investors – Andreas Norberg has been appointed head of acquisitions for the Nordics. Norberg joins from Kungsleden, where he was senior investment manager. He will be responsible for sourcing deals for the company’s clients investing in the Nordic region. Norberg joins next month. Kristine Holen has been appointed transaction manager in the Nordics. She has worked for Pecunia Real Estate in Norway and GE Capital Real Estate in London. Christian Severin has been appointed as an investment analyst in the Nordics. He joins from Savills next month.
Savills Investment Management – Craig Pearce has been named head of asset management for Asia. Pearce will be responsible for expanding Savills IM’s Asian platform. Pearce previously spent seven years at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment in Hong Kong, where he was an executive director. He has also worked at Goldman Sachs Realty in Tokyo.
Catella – Marcus Holmstrand has been appointed CFO and a member of the group’s management. Holmstrand, who has worked as group business controller at Catella since 2011, took up the post this month.
