AMP Capital, Patrizia Immobilien, BNP Paribas REIM, LaSalle Investment Management, Cushman & Wakefield, Canaccord Genuity Group

AMP Capital – Mark Kirkland has been appointed managing director of the company’s shopping-centres fund, succeeding Bryan Hynes, who is leaving after 18 years. Kirkland joined AMP Capital in late 2012. Greg Antoniadis will replace Kirkland as head of development for AMP Capital shopping centres. Con Brakatselos, head of investment management and strategy, will take on a refocused role, working closely with Kirkland on strategy, acquisitions, digital and future retail. The three new appointments are effective from January next year.

Patrizia Immobilien – Geoffroy Cérez has been appointed director of fundraising for France, Belgium and Southern Europe. He was previously in charge of capital raising at BNP Paribas REIM in France. He started his career in London at Lehman Brothers.

LaSalle Investment Management – A new transition management team will be managed by Julian Agnew, LaSalle’s UK CIO. The team will integrate LaSalle’s global indirect and direct investment teams. 

Cushman & Wakefield – Joep van de Vorstenbosch has been appointed to lead a new team focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing strategic investments across its EMEA business. He joins from Canaccord Genuity Group, where he advised pan-EMEA real estate clients on corporate finance and M&A activity. Prior to this, he worked at Citi and Deutsche Bank.
