UBS Asset ManagementFergus Hicks has been joined UBS AM’s global real estate business as a real estate market strategist. Based in London, Hicks joins from commercial real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, where he was global head of forecasting. His former roles include head of EMEA forecasting and economics at JLL.

APREALoh Wai Keong has been appointed to the Singapore chapter board of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association. Loh is managing director and co-head of Asia real estate at GIC Private, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.

Savills Investment ManagementRichard Lake has been named global head of investment risk. Lake previously held the role of head of investment, Europe. He will continue to chair the firm’s key transaction advisory committees.

CordingAnne Marie Bleekroode has been promoted to head of asset management, Benelux, based in Amsterdam. Bleekroode from 2006 worked at Horizon Investment Management, which was acquired by Cording last year. She began her career with Beaufort Property Management in Amsterdam.

ATCO Properties & Management Ryan Huber has been promoted and Joao Casimiro appointed as vice president of acquisitions. Huber joined ATCO in 2013 as an acquisitions associate. Prior to ATCO, he worked at Wells Hill Partners. Casimiro most recently served as VP of acquisitions for TRX Investments in Miami.

Rockefeller Group Bill Edwards has joined the company as senior vice president of Core Holdings. Edwards joins The Rockefeller Group after nearly two decades with real estate private equity and construction companiesIn his most recent position, he was vice president of asset management for Blackstone’s Equity Office division.

Savills StudleyCara Leonard is joining the group’s hotel investment banking platform as senior managing director in Los Angeles. Leonard was previously strategic head of the structured finance platform at Lowe Enterprise Investors. She has also worked at Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds.

MaxCap – Matthew Perrott has joined as Western Australia investment director. Perrott spent the last four years as a director of Crest Capital Asia, a Singapore-based fund manager. Prior to Crest, he co-founded and led the real estate advisory arm of Azure Capital. Tony Woods has taken the position of MaxCap Investment chief risk officer in Melbourne. He will replace Brett Corfield.

CBREMaxime Kumpen, managing director Belgium, will assume overall leadership for CBRE Belgium and Luxembourg, replacing Gaétan Clermont, CEO for Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Clermont has decided to leave CBRE after 17 years with the group. Kumpen joined CBRE in 2005 and was appointed MD CBRE Belgium in January this year.

BNP Paribas Real EstateBill Peach, chairman of Cushman & Wakefield’s City office from 2010 to 2013, will join as a consultant in June. Jon Millard joins as a director from Cushman & Wakefield as part of the strategic expansion of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s successful lease advisory team.

AeriumRobin Carr and Steven Broch have been jointly promoted to the roles of co-chief investment officers in the firm’s London office. Carr has been UK fund manager since 2009. Prior to joining Aerium, he was head of acquisitions for New Star Asset Management’s European property funds. Broch joined as a German fund manager in 2012.

Lincoln International – Chris Brooks has joined the London office as a managing director specialising in the TMT sector. He joins Lincoln International from Oakley Advisory. Prior to joining Oakley Advisory in 2012, he was at Cable & Wireless Worldwide.
