GRESB, Delin Capital, IFM Investors
GRESB – Lonneke Löwik has been appointed head of operations and a member of the GRESB management team. Löwik will oversee business operations and manage the association’s Amsterdam headquarters. Before joining GRESB, Löwik organised the launch of the Global Infrastructure Investor Association (GIIA). Before then, she was director of research and market information, and later the director of professional standards, at INREV.
Delin Capital Asset Management – Ekaterina Avdonina has been appointed managing director, succeeding Christian Jamison, who left the business to pursue other interests. Avdonina has been CIO since the company’s inception.
IFM Investors – Carol Gray has been appointed to the board of directors. Based in Canada, Gray is a director on the boards of American Express Bank of Canada and Infrastructure Ontario and Land Corporation. She also serves on Trent University’s Finance and Endowment Lands board committees. In her most recent executive role, Gray served as president and general manager of Equifax Canada.
