Charter Hall – Matthew Brown, former senior vice president and deputy head for Asia at GIC Real Estate, has been appointed fund manager of the AUD3.5bn (€2.34bn) Charter Hall Prime Office Fund. He replaces Craig Newman.

AXA Investment Managers–Real Asset – The company has confirmed that Charles Daulon du Laurens has left his position as global head of a new client capital group.

Partners GroupRahul Ghai joins the Singapore-based private real estate team as a managing director. He will focus on direct investments in Asia-Pacific and will report to Bastian Wolff, head of private real estate Asia. Ghai joins from Deutsche Asset Management where he was head of transactions for Asia-Pacific and head of real estate for South East Asia and Australia.

Cushman & Wakefield Despina Katsikakis, who has advised some of the world’s biggest companies, such as Google, Unilver, BP, GSK and Microsoft, on how to use their workspace, has been appointed head of occupier business performance. Katsikakis, an expert on the impact of the workplace on business performance, is taking a full-time role and will advise Cushman & Wakefield’s occupier clients.

Oxenwood Real Estate – The UK real estate investment company, set up in 2014, has appointed Simon Stringer as finance director to support its growth. Stringer joins from InfraRed Capital Partners where he was investment director of real estate.

Henderson Park – The European real estate investment platform founded by Nick Weber has appointed Nick Russell as general counsel. Russell is an investment lawyer and fund general counsel and will assume all legal and regulatory aspects. He joins from Cross Ocean Partners where he helped form the business, including its spin out from Capula Investment Management.
