Bouwinvest, Blue Sky Group, Prosperity Capital Partners, Aquila Capital, AXA IM-Real Assets, PiP, Investcorp

Bouwinvest – Marleen Bosma-Verhaegh has been named head of research. Bosma-Verhaegh was previously responsible for international property investments and strategic client advisory at pension and investment manager Blue Sky Group in the Netherlands. Prior to her 10-year career at Blue Sky, Bosma-Verhaegh worked at the pension fund of electronics group Philips and Syntrus Achmea Real Estate.

Prosperity Capital PartnersPaul Belson has been named head of private rented sector investment. A former government PRS taskforce member, Belson founded freelance investment consultancy KRB Project Management. Before that, he founded and held the role of joint managing director at Sterling Property Assets, a residential investment joint venture with Consensus Business Group.

Aquila CapitalManfred Schraepler has joined as managing director and business unit head of financial assets and liquid private markets. Schraepler joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s fund solutions group, having previously worked at IKOS CIF and Deutsche Bank in London.

AXA Investment Managers-Real Assets – Germain Aunidas has been named global head of development from May. Aunidas will replace Jean-Manuel Rossi, who will retire after 25 years. Aunidas will manage all French developments while also overseeing development activity in Europe. Aunidas joined AXA in 2014 as deputy head of development. He previously served at Unibail-Rodamco as a development director and has also worked for Sodearif for seven years.

UK Pensions Infrastructure Platform (PiP)Isabel Liu has been appointed non-executive director. Liu has previously worked for AIG’s Asian Infrastructure Fund and ABN AMRO’s Global Infrastructure Fund.

Investcorp – Neil Hasson has been appointed as managing director for a European real estate investment initiative. Hasson joins from Macquarie, where has was senior managing director. He will be responsible for Investcorp’s European real estate investment business, with an initial focus on core-plus opportunities in residential and commercial properties in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. He will be based in London and will report to Investcorp’s head of real estate investment, Jonathan Dracos in New York. Hasson has also worked for Citi Property Investors, where he was head of Europe and chief investment officer of CPI Capital Partners Europe real estate fund.
