AMP Capital – Paul Foster, head of infrastructure for Australia and new Zealand, is leaving due to a decision to concentrate the business on activities in Australia and Europe. Boe Pahari recently took on the position of global head of infrastructure equity, leaving the role of head of infrastructure for Europe and the Americas vacant. This position will no longer be filled. Michael Cummings, infrastructure equity fund manager, has been promoted to head of Australia and New Zealand funds.
The separate accounts and origination functions will also be merged, with Michael Bessell taking on an expanded role as head of separately managed accounts and origination. Social infrastructure and aged care will be combined and headed up by Julie-Ann Mizzi. Chris Wade, head of customised accounts, and John Mitchell, head of listed debt, will also leave the business.
CBRE Global Investors – Hannah Marshall is replacing Matt McDonald as fund manager of the CBRE UK Property Fund, a £613m (€816m) open-ended vehicle. Hannah has worked within the company for more than eight years, including its multi-manager arm. McDonald is leaving at the end of the month.
JLL – Ollie Saunders will lead a new alternatives division as JLL looks to increase its activity in sectors such as student housing, healthcare, private-rented housing and renewables. The division will work with 125 sector specialists.
