Patrizia Immobilien has acquired a large residential portfolio in the Netherlands for €153m.
The portfolio, sold by funds managed by Holland Immo Group, includes 1,275 residential units at 23 locations.
The portfolio is mainly situated in the Randstad area. Assets in Amsterdam, Zwolle, Dordrecht and Den Bosch also form part of the portfolio.
Four commercial premises and over 500 parking spaces are also included in the portfolio.
Alexander Buijs, director CBRE Capital Markets said the transaction was the largest in the past one and a half years.
“Demand from Dutch and international investors for large property portfolios continues to remain strong,” Buijs said.
