The manager said the fully-let 5,000sqm Pick-up building at Krefelder Strasse 128 in Aachen, which was acquired from Landmarken, is the first acquisition for the Deutschland Selektiv Immobilien Invest II fund.
The fund paid an undisclosed sum for multi-tenant six-storey building.
The Deutschland Selektiv Immobilien Invest II fund invests in core and core-plus office properties in selected German growth cities and up to 30% in other property types.
