An affiliate of Värde Partners has provided a €112m loan to refinance The Wings, a newly developed office and hotel property in Brussels, Belgium.
Owned and developed by Ghelamco, The Wings’ 50,000sqm of gross leasable area includes three wings dedicated to office space, which are nearly fully leased, as well as a hotel wing, restaurants and fitness facilities. Situated near Brussels Airport, The Wings is the first building in Belgium to attain triple certification from BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold and DGNB Gold.
