Pan-European urban logistics platform Valor Real Estate Partners has invested €30m to buy assets in France.

Valor has bought a 3,500sqm urban logistics warehouse in Arcueil, acquired two infill properties, totalling 6,300sqm, in Bezons and has bought a 5,500sqm urban logistics warehouse in La Courneuve

So far this year, Valor said it has invested over €60m in the first half of 2021 across 7 assets, in France. The company has been active in the country since 2016.

Ben Brunschwig, senior vice president, Valor Real Estate Partners, said: “These properties are all located in critically undersupplied infill sub-markets on the edge of Paris, and provide excellent connectivity by road enabling tenants to reach a significant proportion of the city’s population in a short space of time.

“In line with our proven strategy, all the assets are in locations dominated by higher-value real estate use classes, and offer a mixture of strong day one income and the opportunity to drive both rental and capital growth via a mix of near term leasing events and either refurbishment and redevelopment.”
