US industrial real estate investor Terreno Realty has added a $56.3m (€49.2m) asset in Florida to its portfolio.
The NYSE-listed firm said it has acquired the fully-leased 98,000sqft industrial property located in Hialeah Gardens.
The property at 10910 NW 144th Street consists of one industrial distribution building on 16.8 acres.
The latest acquisition expands the portfolio of Terreno Realty, which acquires, owns and operates industrial real estate across six major coastal US markets, including New York City/Northern New Jersey, Los Angeles, Miami, the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle and Washington, DC.
