US electrical services firm Saber Power Services has invested an unspecified sum to acquire InoLECT.
InoLECT, founded in 1998, is an electrical engineering and field services firm that provides a wide range of integrated electrical power system products and services.
Saber Power, a portfolio company of Greenbelt Capital Partners, said the acquisition expands its presence in Louisiana, advances its engineering-first capabilities and gains access to proprietary technology.
