Threestones Capital has acquired an asset in Germany for its European care homes and senior housing fund.
The fund manager, investing on behalf of the TSC Fund - Eurocare IV fund has bought a clinic/nursing home facility located in Uhlstädt-Kirchhasel in the district of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt, Thuringia for an undisclosed amount.
The 11,263sqm Klinik an der Weißenburg building is operated by Sonic Healthcare. The building has 210 beds split into 80 rehab units, 80 rheumatism units and 50 beds for in-patient nursing care.

“The facility’s strategic combination of in-patient nursing care, rehabilitation units, and rheumatic-therapy services perfectly aligns with the high demand we anticipate in the local area.”
