A Threestones Capital Management European real estate fund has bought a care home in Spain.

The Luxembourg-based investment management group’s TSC Eurocare Real Estate Fund has bought the asset in Zaragoza operated by Colisée Group. Financial details were undisclosed.

The manager said this acquisition adds 100 beds to the existing portfolio of the fund, now composed of 38 assets (4300 beds).

The TSC Eurocare fund invests care homes and senior housing properties across Europe.
