Employees Retirement System (ERS) of Texas has approved a €75m commitment to Teset Infrastructure I, a value-add fund seeking small-to-mid-size infrastructure investment opportunities in the eurozone.
Fund manager Teset Capital created the fund in a partnership with Spanish private equity firm ProA Capital de Inversiones. Both firms did not respond to a request for comment.
ERS of Texas said it also made a $75m (€63.8m) co-investment without disclosing the name of the manager or fund involved.
The pension fund also approved a $100m commitment to Brookfield Strategic Real Estate Partners IV, a global opportunistic real estate fund seeking a $17bn capital raise.
