Swiss Life Asset Managers is expanding its German logistics development portfolio with the acquisition of a 110,500sqm site in Burgbernheim.
The asset manager has invested an undisclosed amount to acquire the site for the Nuremberg West project in Steinacher Strasse.
Swiss Life said it has appointed LIST Bau as the general contractor for the 66,000sqm project. Construction is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2025 and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026.
