SUSI Partners has sold a 76MW portfolio of operational utility-scale solar assets in the Netherlands to Ingka Investments, bringing the total divestments for the SUSI Renewable Energy Fund II (SREF II) to 80%.

The investment arm of the largest IKEA retailer has invested an unspecified amount to acquire the solar portfolio consisting of three utility-scale solar photovoltaic parks.

Launched in 2014, SUSI’s SREF II built a portfolio of operational onshore wind and solar assets in Europe, including the recently disposed Dutch solar sites acquired in 2019 upon their commercial operation.

With the latest sale, SUSI said it has now exited 80% of SREF II’s assets based on invested capital, securing attractive value for its clients.
