The SUSI Partners-managed SUSI Renewable Energy Fund II (SREF II) has sold onshore wind farms in France and Finland.
SREF II has sold a 40MW French portfolio, consisting of three separate wind farms acquired through individual transactions in 2015 and 2016, to Brussels-based infrastructure manager Watts Green.
The fund has also sold a 40MW portfolio of three Finnish wind farms Locus Energy, a portfolio company of SEB Nordic Energy. SREF II originally acquired the assets through three separate transactions between 2016 and 2018.
Financial details were undisclosed.
With the completion of these transactions, SUSI said it has now divested approximately 60% of SREF II’s assets based on invested capital.
SUSI launched SREF II in 2014 and developed a diversified portfolio of operating onshore wind and solar photovoltaic assets across Europe. The projects were acquired at ready-to-build and operating stages.
