Supermarket Income REIT has bought a £61m (€66.7m) asset from Standard Life Pooled Pension Property Fund.
The UK supermarket real estate investment trust said it acquired the Tesco Extra in Newmarket, Suffolk with an unexpired lease term of 16 years.
The site, situated on a 9-acre site, comprises a 68,000sqft net sales area Tesco Extra with a 12-pump petrol filling station, 654 parking spaces and purpose-built online fulfilment distribution docks.
Supermarket Income REIT said it has also arranged a new revolving credit facility of £60m with Wells Fargo.
