Real assets manager Stoneweg has acquired 39,000sqm logistics facilities in Denmark on behalf of its €200m logistics partnership with Danish pension fund PenSam.

The assets, constructed in 2007 and 2010, are currently 36% occupied.

Stoneweg said it will implement a refurbishment programme for two logistics warehouses near Copenhagen to improve building quality and ESG credentials.

The partnership was originally launched in 2024 by Danish pension fund PenSam and Cromwell Property to invest in light-industrial and logistics real estate in Denmark and Sweden.

The strategy, which aims for a core-plus risk-return profile by creating a portfolio of sustainable properties through active asset management, is now managed by Stoneweg, following its acquisition of Cromwell’s European fund management platform last year.
