Stoneweg has acquired a 16,300sqm logistics facility in Denmark on behalf of its €200m logistics partnership with Danish pension fund PenSam.

The global alternative investment group has invested an unspecified sum to acquire the asset in Hørning, near Aarhus, on behalf of the partnership that targets light-industrial and logistics assets across Denmark and Sweden.

The property, constructed in 2022, is fully let on a long-term lease, Stoneweg said.

The partnership was originally launched last year by Danish pension fund PenSam and Cromwell Property to invest in light-industrial and logistics real estate in Denmark and Sweden.

The strategy, which aims for a core-plus risk-return profile by creating a portfolio of sustainable properties through active asset management, is now managed by Stoneweg, following its acquisition of Cromwell’s European fund management platform last year.
