Stack Infrastructure and APAC real asset manager ESR have teamed up to develop a 48MW data centre facility in South Korea.
The pair will jointly develop and deliver the facility in Incheon in Seoul’s western suburbs.
Pithambar Gona, Stack Infrastructure’s APAC CEO, said the latest project represents the company’s opening of a fifth APAC market in 12 months.
Stack – which operates in the Americas and EMEA – recently marked its entry into to the APAC market with the opening of its Singapore regional headquarters, its first 36MW campus in Inzai, Japan and expansion into the Australia market with 124MW in Melbourne, Canberra, and Perth.

Construction of the building will commence in the first quarter of the year and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
