Sonnedix has bought a 36MWp operating solar photovoltaic plant in Spain from Impax Asset Management for an undisclosed sum.
The international Renewable Energy producer said it has bought the Fraile plant in Herencia in Ciudad Real.
The Fraile deal is the fourth acquisition by Sonnedix in Spain this year, where it currently manages 181 solar projects with a total capacity up to 1GW, and a total operational capacity of almost 600MW.

Impax Asset Management acquired the project rights in 2019.
