Nordic social infrastructure property company Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB) has invested SEK1.25bn (€123.3m) to buy 27 properties in Sweden.
SBB said it has in three separate transactions, acquired the community service and residential properties in Stockholm, Västerås and Helsingborg with a total lettable area of 40,600sqm.
The community service properties are mainly used for elderly care homes, social housing and schools.
“SBB continues to expand in well-located community properties and residentials in Stockholm and the metropolitan regions,” said Oscar Lekander, the head of SBB’s business development.
