Singapore’s Frasers Property is acquiring London business park Lakeshore Bedfont Lakes for £135m (€160m).
Frasers said it has agreed to buy the three individual office buildings from Bedfont Lakes.
It said the purchase price would be payable in cash and would be funded from internal resources.
The buildings, which total 272,000sqft of rental space, were leased on a long-term basis as the UK headquarters campus for technology firm Cisco Systems.
Singapore-listed Frasers currently owns six business parks in the UK.
The company is a diversified group with operations ranging from residential development, retail and commercial business parks and logistics in Southeast Asia, Australia and Europe.
