Singapore-based SC Capital Partners has sold a 4,189sqm education-focused commercial building located in central Seoul, South Korea for KWR54bn (€32m) to an undisclosed buyer.
The fully-let 6-storey building, acquired nine years ago for KWR26bn, was held in SC Core Fund Plus fund. The transaction was completed at a net yield of below 3% based on the sale price.
Suchad Chiaranussati, chairman and founder of SC Capital Partners, said the successful exit reflected the firm’s conviction in education as a long-term structural theme.
“South Korea’s private education market has demonstrated remarkable resilience, and our investment in K Tutor exemplifies how thematic, locally grounded strategies can deliver strong outcomes for our investors,” he said.
